One Warranty Model Doesn't Fit Every Dealership
Why Love Warranty gives dealers three distinct ways to run warranty, from ready-made Love Products to white label programmes and WarrantyOS.

Every dealership runs differently. A single site may want a straightforward product its sales team can introduce confidently. A larger group may want its own name, cover levels and commercial structure. Another business may already have the experience to manage the programme itself.
Forcing all three into one warranty model creates friction. It can leave the dealer with too little control, or too much operational work, for the outcome they actually want.
Love Warranty offers three ways to work so the operating model can match the dealership.
1. Love Products: a clear place to start
Love Products is the usual starting point for dealers that want a ready-made proposition with practical support around it.
Love Listed can be included with an eligible vehicle to protect the customer relationship and open a clear conversation about broader cover. True Love is the paid upgrade for customers who want more comprehensive protection.
The supporting package can include managed claims, named dealer management, marketing support, rescue and recovery where the policy includes it, monthly payment options for eligible customers where available, renewals and automated direct debit collections. The exact arrangement is set out in the dealer agreement and relevant policy documents.
2. White label: your programme, supported by Love
White label is for dealerships and groups that want the warranty programme to carry their own identity.
The dealer can shape the products, cover levels, pricing and commercial model, while Love provides the operational stack underneath. Regular fund and performance reviews help the programme stay visible and manageable. Administration charges and responsibilities are agreed for the individual programme.
This route gives the principal more ownership without requiring the business to assemble every system and support process from scratch.
3. WarrantyOS: run it yourself
WarrantyOS is for experienced operators that want direct control over programme administration.
Dealers can use Love products or bring their own, manage pricing and workflows, and use software tools for support, claims and reporting. Human-backed claims and customer support can also be added where required.
This route offers the greatest operational control. It also means agreeing clearly who is responsible for decisions, customer communication and programme performance.
The right route is the one your team can run well
The choice is not simply between control and convenience. It is about matching responsibility, capability and customer experience.
Ask four questions before choosing:
- How much control do we need over product, pricing and brand?
- Which responsibilities do we want our own team to hold?
- What support will our sales, finance and aftersales teams need?
- How will the arrangement protect the customer relationship after the vehicle leaves the forecourt?
Some dealers start with Love Products and later move into a more tailored model. Others already know they need white label or WarrantyOS. The three routes are designed to make that choice explicit from the outset.
