What your salesperson says

Four clear points are enough to explain the products and the claim process.

  1. Every eligible car leaves with Love Listed.
  2. True Love is the upgrade if the car is within 90,000 miles and 15 years.
  3. “This is the basics. True Love is electrical, air con and infotainment as well.”
  4. If they want the claim process: we assess it against the policy. They must get a diagnosis and wait for our say-so before work starts.
The managed route

How the programme works

A clear flow from the sale through administration and, if needed, claim assessment.

  1. The dealer sells the car and attaches the right Love product.
  2. Billing, contributions and programme funds follow the dealer agreement.
  3. Love Warranty runs registration, documents, support and managed claims.
  4. If something fails, we assess the claim against that policy’s terms and confirm the next step.

Fund, risk and shortfall arrangements vary by dealer and policy. The dealer agreement and applicable policy documents govern the outcome.

Dealers can see warranties, claims, programme activity and reports. Dealers or groups wanting their own proposition can use white label; operators wanting direct control can run WarrantyOS.

For motorcycle dealers

Motorcycle cover

Motorcycle warranty cover is live and sold through dealers. James Purcell is Managing Director, motorcycle cover. Eligibility and terms are confirmed with the dealer, not on this website.

Claims

If something fails

Follow the claim process and wait for written authorisation before any repair starts.

  1. Contact us as soon as the fault is noticed.
  2. Get a diagnosis. Do not start the repair.
  3. Send diagnosis and details.
  4. We assess against that policy.
  5. Wait for written authorisation.

We aim to give a first human response within 24 hours, a decision within 72 hours of the evidence we requested being submitted, and to pay approved claims within 3 working days.
