How do I make a claim?

Use the claim form and provide your policy ID, vehicle registration and details of the fault. Do not begin repairs before written authorisation.

How quickly will I hear from you?

We aim to provide a first human response within 24 hours, a decision within 72 hours of the evidence we requested being submitted, and to pay approved claims within 3 working days.

How do I renew my policy?

If you already have cover, provide your policy ID and mileage. We will talk to you or your dealer. There is no consumer shop on this site.

How do I buy a Love Warranty?

You cannot buy cover here. Ask the dealer you bought the vehicle from. If you are a dealer, use Become a dealer.

Where can I get my policy documents?
